Daycut — Support

Choose photos and videos, create a first edit, then change its pace, style or moments. Save & share exports the actual MP4. Playback and sound controls are in the video player. The first project and its re-exports remain available; Restore purchases and Manage subscriptions are in Settings and the offer screen. A pending purchase waits for Apple's approval and grants no access until verified. If the store cannot load, Retry without losing your current edit.

If selected iCloud media cannot download, check the connection and select the media again. Cancel stops the current import/edit safely. The last successful video stays available after a failed edit. Deleting a project removes Daycut copies and outputs while keeping Photos originals.

Use the support form for help, deletion or privacy requests. State your iOS version and what you expected to happen. Do not include personal media, card details or private account information.

Import, edit and export

Choose up to 60 photos and videos through Android's system picker; keep selected videos under 15 minutes in total. Daycut reads only the items you choose. It does not need permission to browse your whole photo library, record your microphone or use your camera. If a cloud-backed item cannot be opened, check your connection or download it in its gallery app, then choose it again.

Create your video, preview the actual result, and adjust its style, pace or moments. The player has playback and sound controls. Save exports a real, watermark-free 1080 × 1920 MP4. On Android 10 or later, it saves a separate copy in the media library; on older supported Android versions, choose a document destination. Share opens Android's chooser with the prepared video; opening the chooser does not prove another app received or published it.

Your first successfully exported real project is free. Exporting that same project again stays free on this installation. Deleting a project does not reset that allowance. Selecting, editing and previewing do not require a purchase or a Daycut account. Additional new-project exports require verified Google Play access.

Purchases and recovery

Restore purchases and Manage subscriptions are available in Settings and the offer. Manage opens Google Play, where you can check renewal or cancel your subscription. Cancellation retains any remaining valid paid period. Deleting Daycut or a project does not cancel the subscription.

If you already subscribed, use the Google Play account that made the purchase and choose Restore. A pending payment, a cancelled purchase or an unverifiable result grants no new access. If Play is unavailable, keep your project and retry or restore when the connection returns; do not buy again just to retry an access check. Closing the offer keeps your current work.

Storage, cancellation and errors

Make room on your device if import or export reports insufficient storage. If a source cannot be read, choose it again. Retry a failed edit, or change its moments; the last completed valid video stays available. Cancel stops the current operation, and moving Daycut to the background cancels active editing. Cancelling the document picker or a failed share-chooser launch does not consume the free export.

Deleting a project removes its Daycut copies and outputs, not gallery originals or copies already saved or shared. Clearing app data or uninstalling removes local projects and settings; no cloud project backup or cross-device project recovery is provided.

Satın alma ve erişimi geri kazanma

Ayarlar'da ve plan ekranında Satın alımları geri yükle ve Abonelikleri yönet bulunur. Yönet, yenilemeyi kontrol edebileceğin veya aboneliğini iptal edebileceğin Google Play'i açar. İptal, kalan geçerli ödenmiş dönemi erken bitirmez. Daycut'i veya projeyi silmek aboneliği iptal etmez.

Zaten aboneysen satın alma yaptığın Google Play hesabını kullan ve Geri yükle'yi seç. Bekleyen ödeme, iptal edilen satın alma veya doğrulanamayan sonuç yeni erişim vermez.
