Daycut Terms of Use

Daycut is published by ERSIN LTD and makes videos from media you select on your device. Only select media you have the right to use and share. You keep ownership of your originals. Exported files are your responsibility when you share them outside the app.

Exports and subscriptions

Your first completed project exports at 1080p without a watermark; re-exporting that project remains available. An active verified monthly or yearly subscription is required to export additional new projects. Selecting, editing and previewing remain available without buying. The offer screen shows Apple's current localized price and billing period before purchase. There is no introductory trial or cloud-generation allowance in these plans.

Apple bills payment and renews the subscription automatically unless you cancel through your Apple account. Cancellation retains access for the remaining paid period. Restore purchases from Settings or the offer screen. Closing the offer, a pending payment, cancellation or error does not grant subscription access. The Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies.

Storage and help

Projects are stored on your device. Deleting a Daycut project removes app-owned copies, not your original Photos media or files already exported. Moving the app to the background cancels active editing work while retaining the last successful output. Use the support page for help. Read the Privacy Policy.

Android purchases and exports

The Android listing is distributed through Appqe LLC's existing Google Play developer account. The iOS sections above, including the Apple Standard EULA, remain specific to iOS.

On Android, selecting media, creating edits and previewing are available without a purchase or Daycut account. Your first successfully exported real project is free at watermark-free 1080p, and that project's re-exports remain free on this installation. Deleting that project does not reset the first-project allowance. Later new-project exports require verified current Google Play access. Android project data and purchase checks are independent of iOS; this app does not transfer or change iOS data or rights.

Google Play manages payments and automatic subscription renewal. The offer shows Google's current localized price, billing period and renewal terms before purchase. Cancel through Google Play subscriptions; cancellation does not end an otherwise valid paid period early. Restore from Settings or the offer. An offer dismissal, pending payment, cancellation or unverifiable purchase grants no new access. If access cannot be checked, your project remains available while you retry or restore without paying again. No subscription includes remote generative-AI credits or a cloud-generation allowance.

A successful Android share handoff prepares the actual exported MP4 for the system chooser. It does not establish that another app received or published it. A failed chooser launch or cancelled document selection consumes no free export. Saving or sharing outside Daycut is your choice and responsibility. Only use source media you have permission to edit and share. Original source ownership stays with you.

Projects are local. Deleting a project removes its Daycut copies and outputs, not gallery originals or already exported videos. Backgrounding cancels active editing while retaining the last completed valid output. Deleting the app, its data or a project does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
